Der Drahtesel is a division of the Sinnovativ Foundation, which is active in vocational integration. With assessment, coaching, and educational offerings, we accompany people on their way into the primary labour market. In the Dreigänger shop, our customers find beautiful clothes, shoes, jewellery, and accessories. All former favourite pieces waiting to be given a second life. From 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for an innovative, committed retail specialist EFZ 80% with agogic tasks. Selling, accompanying, promoting – creating perspectives together

This interests you / you are responsible for

• You accompany, instruct, and promote apprentices as well as participants in our integration programmes in everyday sales and studio work.
• You impart practical professional skills and plan suitable learning and work assignments.
• You observe and assess developmental progress, conduct support discussions, and document these comprehensibly.
• You collaborate with coaches, case managers, and other professionals and contribute your observations in location and training discussions.
• You support preparation for qualification procedures and develop appropriate learning tools and specialised teaching offers.
• You actively participate in sales and studio work, advise our customers, and operate the cash register system.
• You take care of inventory management, product presentation, and quality controls.
• You accompany the production and design of our own products and support the further development of the assortment and workflows.

You bring with you

• A completed vocational training as a retail specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification.
• A trainer course or willingness to complete one.
• Several years of practical experience in sales as well as enjoyment in professional guidance and training of people.
• Ideally experience in labour market integration, vocational education, work agogics, or the social sector.
• Good organisational and administrative skills as well as confident IT user knowledge.
• A respectful, patient, and resource-oriented attitude towards people with different backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills, resilience, independence, and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Workdays Monday to Thursday possible.
