Senior Timber Construction Estimator, (m/f/d), 80-100%
These tasks await you:
- Responsible preparation of calculations and supplementary offers
- Independent development of tendering processes up to submission, including coordination of subcontractor enquiries
- Development of execution variants and profitability calculations
- Preparation and support of contract negotiations
- Independent acquisition of new orders for element production
- Preparation and maintenance of calculation key figures based on post-calculations
This education and experience we expect from you:
- Apprenticeship as a carpenter and foreman training or technician HF
- Sound knowledge in timber construction
- Professional experience in the execution of timber construction projects, ideally already as estimator/site manager/project manager
- Confident handling of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
