The City and Regional Library Uster is an innovative, open, customer- and family-friendly library and a third place for the population. Pioneering, we have been an Open Library since 2019 and introduced the 365-day library in 2022, open daily from 06 – 22 hours. We want to maintain and strengthen our innovative image.

Your main tasks
- Loan: Counter service, advice, customer assistance
- Collection: Management of several media areas
- Depending on suitability and enjoyment: Participation in the internal IT & technology group, in statistics, in children's activities, and class tours
- Projects: Participation
- Other library-specific and administrative tasks
What you bring
- Training I&D in a public library or training in the book trade or in a library-related field
- Good self- and work organization, efficient working method, and high team ability
- Joy in the library as a 3rd place
- Strong customer orientation
We offer you
- A position that is also suitable for candidates who have recently completed their training (I&D or in the book trade)
