- Functional/technical leadership regarding the quality of the SCM organisation
- Planning and conducting internal audits according to the GL audit programme, assessing the effectiveness of proposed corrective actions and monitoring their implementation
- Conducting product/process audits with customers/authorities
- Clarifications in case of special incidents and notifications/incidents (SMS / Q-Pulse)
- Defining, evaluating and consolidating quality analyses (KPIs from Q-Pulse)
- Planning and conducting supplier audits according to authorities and SCM requirements, assessing the effectiveness of proposed corrective actions and monitoring their implementation
- Blocking suppliers who do not perform adequately or have significant quality issues
- Communicating with customers and authorities
- Up to 30% travel activity per year
You bring with you
- Federal professional certificate (BP) as a specialist in international forwarding and logistics or as a logistics specialist, or completion of a higher professional examination (HFP), higher technical school (HF), university of applied sciences or university
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of logistics / supply chain management
- Experience in quality management (supplier qualifications)
- Negotiation skills, communication skills, organisational skills, networked thinking and acting
- Native German speaker and fluent English skills
