Team Leader Real Estate Marketing, 80-100% (m/f/d)

The Job

In this varied role, you will work closely with our marketing assistants and the property management department and be responsible for:

• Decentralised personnel and professional leadership as well as further development of 10-12 marketing assistants working in the field on a part-time basis
• Overall responsibility for planning, controlling and successful implementation of all marketing activities as well as acquisition of new marketing mandates
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies taking into account market and customer needs
• Responsibility for quality assurance of all marketing documents, advertisements and property presentations as well as maintenance and expansion of customer relationships
• Continuous further development of the marketing area in terms of services, tools, processes and market presence as well as promotion of cross-departmental collaboration

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training and possess training as a real estate marketer with a federal diploma or a comparable qualification
• You already have leadership experience and have independently implemented projects
• You know the factors for successful remote leadership and implement them competently
• German is your mother tongue and you hold a category B driving licence
• You work efficiently, are goal- and team-oriented, have a high service awareness and enjoy customer contact
