Your future employer is part of a nationwide Swiss provider of services related to living in old age and employs around 4,000 staff in total. The offering combines outpatient and inpatient services and includes independent assisted living, comprehensive care, as well as Spitex services. For a location in the Bern region, a Certified Nursing Specialist HF 40–100 % with additional function as RAI-HC Responsible is sought immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks with the new employer

• Care for and support residents individually and professionally, ensuring appropriate care 
• Take on daily responsibility, create care plans and documentation, and represent the nursing management during absences 
• Conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC as well as RAI assessments and BMF punctually 
• Participate in handovers, team meetings and further training, and pass on your expertise to colleagues and trainees 

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF or an equivalent qualification 
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care or the Spitex sector is an advantage 
• Good knowledge in the area of RAI-HC is an advantage 
• Independent and competent working style, proactive thinking, as well as an empathetic and appreciative manner
