About the job

• Leading the cleaning team and staff in the laundry as well as ensuring order, cleanliness and occupational safety
• Active participation in building cleaning and assisting with the maintenance of outdoor areas together with our residents
• Carrying out small maintenance, repair and upkeep work in and around the house as well as assisting with the maintenance of technical systems and equipment
• Supporting the procurement and proper storage of consumables (cleaning materials and agents, medical disposable materials)
• Ensuring fire protection and safety training as well as cleaning the vehicles of inclusioplus
• Collaboration with internal and external parties

• You have completed training as a Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• You have the ability to involve people with support needs in your work wherever possible
• Manual skills and technical understanding are a matter of course for you
• You work independently, reliably and carefully
• You are accustomed to physical strain
• You are a team player and possess leadership flair
• Your German language skills are impeccable
