For the Frauenfeld location, we are looking for a
Head of Department: Civil Engineering to start immediately or by arrangement.
What you will achieve with us
- Professional and personnel management of your department with the aim of further developing the area and the entire company
- Leading a motivated team with support from a technical office
- Professional contact person for your managerial staff in the areas of calculation, work preparation, construction execution and billing
- Acquisition and market development
- Representation of STUTZ AG towards clients, planners, authorities and in the social environment
- Leadership and coordination tasks in joint ventures
- Departmental and cross-business area coordination tasks for overall service offerings
What you bring with you
- You preferably have a qualification as a federally certified master builder or a degree in civil engineering ETH/FH and can demonstrate experience in civil engineering / infrastructure construction.
- You enjoy direct customer contact and can inspire your fellow human beings with motivation and enthusiasm. You are a team player, solution-oriented and think entrepreneurially.
- You are strong in negotiation and skilled in personnel management of your department.
- The consistent application of digitalised workflows corresponds to your working style. Confident handling of MS 365, SharePoint document management and industry software SORBA / Baubit Pro is desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of calculation and project management are among your strengths.
