Forester-Logger (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Proven experience in forestry work, logging or maintenance of wooded areas
• Chainsaw licence holder (E27, E28 and E29 training), required
• Mastery of felling, limbing and wood shaping techniques
• Excellent physical condition and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong sense of safety and strict adherence to work procedures
• Ability to work independently while integrating effectively into a team
• Good knowledge and use of forestry machines and equipment
• Category B driving licence and own vehicle essential
• Reliable, motivated personality who enjoys manual work in the great outdoors
• Flexibility, team spirit and commitment to delivering quality work

• Carry out tree cutting, felling and shaping work in compliance with safety rules
• Perform silvicultural tasks such as planting, stand rejuvenation and maintenance of young forests
• Participate in the protection and conservation of forest areas and biodiversity
• Ensure maintenance of forest paths, structures and associated infrastructure
• Use, maintain and check machines, chainsaws and forestry equipment
• Work on sites with sometimes difficult terrain and in varied weather conditions
• Participate in the harvesting and removal of wood as well as the management of forest products
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental protection standards
