About the job
What you can achieve
- Supervise alarm systems and monitor technical equipment
- Receive reports and emergency calls, clarify the situation and urgency of the problem
- Identify causes and possible actions, stop false alarms, initiate necessary measures if required (control or intervention by security service, fire brigade or police deployment, etc.)
- Triage all types of technical faults and deploy on-call services
- Accompany measures and operations, e.g. by conducting investigations, forwarding information, etc.
- Coordinate and support the security service and emergency personnel during extraordinary events
What you bring with you
- Completed technical apprenticeship or technical school, preferably with training as a security and surveillance specialist
- Several years of professional experience in the security sector, preferably experience in an operations or alarm centre and ideally basic training in fire service
- Confident demeanour, very good mental and physical resilience
- Service-oriented and team-capable personality with high flexibility (365 days shift operation) and an independent, structured way of working
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of at least one foreign language
