Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Responsibility for instrumentation and sterile assistance during dermato-surgical procedures as well as support of the medical team during operations
• Carrying out wound care and dressing changes
• Competent advice and support of patients within the framework of aftercare
• Organisation and coordination of the operating theatre area, including operation planning, appointment management, case management and coordination between doctors, nursing staff and other parties to ensure a smooth and efficient process
• Proper preparation, care and provision of instruments, materials, devices and apparatus in compliance with all hygiene and quality standards

What You Bring to This Position

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, Health Specialist or as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
• Professional experience in surgical assistance is an advantage
• Independent working style, organisational skills and networked thinking
• Sense of responsibility, high flexibility, resilience as well as willingness to change and enthusiasm for innovation
• Flawless IT user skills
