• You are primarily responsible for the new, central transformation initiative of distribution "360° P&C" and accountable for planning, implementation, control and success monitoring
• You independently drive complex topics forward - from the initial idea through conception to implementation - in close collaboration with the channel managers of direct sales, broker services and the direct channel, ensuring target achievement in the P&C private and corporate sectors.
• You also contribute substantively and implement new sales models, tools and processes and are responsible for their company-wide introduction and anchoring
• You are responsible for prioritising and planning the implementation across agile products and teams
• You take on a central role in stakeholder management and effectively position your topics at all hierarchical levels

• You have successfully completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Business Innovation
• With entrepreneurial spirit, foresight and market alignment, you keep an overview and manage all dimensions of the change initiative to continuously exceed AXA’s goals as well as customer and partner needs
• As an enabler of the organisation, you develop innovative approaches, redesign standards and implement them successfully to create pioneering solutions
• You bring over 6 years of project experience – ideally at the interfaces between sales, management and specialist departments such as IT, product management, marketing, etc.
• You have several years of professional experience in the insurance and/or banking sector or consulting
• Change management processes are familiar to you and you master the implementation of multi-stakeholder projects with ease
• You possess solid knowledge of agile project methodology and experience working with agile teams
• You have excellent German and good English skills; French or Italian is an advantage
