Team Leader Painter 100% (m/f/d)

For our client in the Dagmersellen area, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual as Team Leader Painter 100% (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

You are a trained painter, enjoy hands-on work and want to take responsibility for a small team? Then this position could be the perfect next step for you.

Your Tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of a small team
• Active participation on construction sites
• Independent preparation and execution of painting and renovation work
• Work indoors and outdoors
• Ensuring clean and high-quality workmanship
• Organisation and coordination of work on site
• Responsibility for order and cleanliness on construction sites
• Support other departments as needed
• Assignments at various locations within Switzerland

Your Profile

• Completed training as a painter EFZ is an advantage
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a painter
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage – motivated painters who want to take the next step to team leader are also welcome
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• Responsible and solution-oriented personality
• Enjoy leading a small team while also working hands-on
• Good German skills for communication with employees and customers
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Willingness for occasional weekly assignments at external locations
