• You clarify building law questions; understandable, solution-oriented, and on equal footing
• You independently review building applications and efficiently guide them through the process
• You coordinate building permit procedures and ensure smooth workflows 
• You communicate with builders, planners, and internal departments
• In short: You ensure that construction projects are not only approved but also sensibly implemented

• Education and professional experience in construction, planning, or architecture 
• Solid knowledge of the planning and building law of the canton of Zurich (central)
• You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and remain calm under pressure
• You communicate clearly, can assert yourself without being unnecessarily complicated 
• You are digitally proficient and enjoy working efficiently
