Manager of Heating Plants

Oeko Energie AG develops and operates sustainable heat supply systems in Central Switzerland. For the management of our heating plants in Uri, Gotthard and Engelberg, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual with a technical background and enthusiasm for leadership, projects and customer contact.

Your Main Responsibilities

You will take overall responsibility for the operational management and further development of our heating plants:

• Leadership and coordination of the heating plants Uri, Gotthard and Engelberg
• Ensuring safe, efficient and economical operation
• Responsibility for budget, costs and target achievement
• Management of operational, maintenance and expansion projects
• Contact person for customers, authorities, partners and internal departments
• Coordination of network construction, sales and implementation projects
• Participation in the strategic development of our heat supply solutions

Your Profile

• Technical basic training, ideally with further education at HF/FH level
• Experience in the fields of energy, infrastructure, building technology or construction-related trades
• Leadership experience or the potential to take on a responsible leadership role
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Strong communication skills as well as negotiation and organisational talent
• High degree of personal responsibility, resilience and solution orientation
