Directly at Bolligen station lies Mühle Walther AG, a family business run in its fifth generation. Our current focus is on the management and maintenance of our properties.

From 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed and independent individual as

Clerk in Property Management (50%)

Your tasks

• Support of our tenants as the central contact person
• Management and maintenance of rental contracts, tenant files and master data in AbaImmo
• Handling of terminations, tenant changes as well as move-ins and move-outs
• Independent correspondence with tenants, craftsmen and owners
• Processing of repair and damage reports
• Coordination and follow-up of craftsmen and maintenance work
• Control of rent receipts and execution of dunning procedures
• Preparation and control of service charge statements
• Management and consistent follow-up of all ongoing pending matters
• General secretarial tasks and support in daily business

You bring with you

• Commercial basic training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in property administration or management desired
• Enjoyment of a varied activity between office work, tenant contact and on-site assignments
• Independent, structured and reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Strong service orientation and the necessary assertiveness
• You remain calm in demanding situations and find pragmatic solutions
• Confident German language skills as well as good MS Office knowledge
• Experience with Abacus or AbaImmo is a great advantage
