The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who require care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We offer you a position at our tilia Elfenau location immediately or by arrangement as
- Process-oriented care and support of our residents at night, with the possibility of also being deployed during the day
- Professional shaping of the care process
- Assumption of house responsibility
- Task planning during the night
- Coordination with nursing assistant personnel
- Joy in the nursing profession in long-term care and working at night
- Dipl. Nurse HF or equivalent qualification
- Very good German skills (spoken and written)
- Responsible, interdisciplinary thinking and decision-making personality with a high quality mindset
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in a proven team
