SANTIS Training AG offers practical programmes for professional integration on behalf of the Disability Insurance (IV) and Unemployment Insurance (ALV) at five locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Our goal is to sustainably support people in (re-)entering the primary labour market.

For our location Zurich-Altstetten we are looking for a committed individual as a Job Hunter / Employment Agent by arrangement. In this role, you will actively accompany and support IV-insured young people and adults in their job search. You are responsible for the targeted acquisition of internships and jobs and work closely with companies to create sustainable integration solutions.

Your tasks:

• Active acquisition and placement of internships and jobs
• Building and maintaining sustainable company contacts
• Direct approach to employers by phone, email and in person
• Appropriate matching between apprentices / participants and companies
• Support of companies during internships and employment
• Accompanying apprentices / participants in the application process

Your profile:

• Proven track record as a Job Hunter or Employment Agent with very good labour market knowledge, preferably in the IT sector
• Experience in acquiring placements and/or jobs as well as good networking in the business community
• Good intuition for people and suitable positions
• High persuasiveness, communication skills as well as independent and goal-oriented working style
• Winning, team-oriented personality with a good mix of high social competence and assertiveness, persistence and frustration tolerance
• Very good PC skills (MS Office, job portals and social media)
