What awaits you
- You lead, motivate and develop our workshop team both professionally and personally
- You plan and coordinate daily operations and ensure efficient workshop utilisation
- You ensure that our quality, productivity and customer targets are met
- You are the central interface between customer service, workshop and other internal departments
- You support your team with demanding technical issues and find practical solutions
- You analyse technical problem cases and initiate sustainable improvement measures
- You ensure high-quality and timely execution of all work
- You get involved in the daily workshop routine and stay close to the action
What you bring with you
- A completed technical vocational training in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector
- Ideally further training as a diagnostician, workshop coordinator or a comparable qualification
- Enjoyment in leading, promoting people and achieving success together
- Technical understanding as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a confident appearance
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a high quality and sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
