Polymechanic – Assembly with Lean Experience
Tasks
- Assemble and inspect assemblies and finished products according to work orders and drawings
- Independently inspect finished products
- Final inspection or checking of products for order compliance according to inspection protocols
- Mechanical adjustments to individual parts (if necessary)
- Actively and flexibly act to ensure orders are delivered on time and with the correct quality
- Support the optimisation of processes and fixtures for more efficient work
- Prepare production orders (partly independent setup)
- Participate in quality and lean projects, actively support and independently implement continuous improvement tasks
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic specialising in assembly or many years of experience in an industrial environment assembling more complex assemblies
- Experience in assembly of assemblies
- Team player, proactive, communicative
- Occasional worldwide service assignments
