Site Manager (100%)

Your field of activity

You will hold a key position within our Coordination and Geomatics Service with the unique opportunity to participate in the Viteos energy transition.

Your role requires managing tenders, ensuring local site management (LSM) and handling the financial aspects related to civil engineering works.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Ensure the LSM (coordinate services, monitor civil engineering works)
• Establish and verify measurements with civil engineering companies
• Manage invoices and civil engineering budgets
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids
• Develop civil engineering submissions
• Manage information and relations with local residents
• Enforce and control safety rules on site

The prerequisites, you must:

• Hold a Higher Technical Diploma as a site manager (CFC draughtsman in civil engineering or equivalent training)
• Have 1 to 3 years’ experience in civil engineering site management
• Possess knowledge in reading and applying schematics
• Hold a category B driving licence

• Know the laws, regulations and standards (SIA and VSS)
• Be proficient with IT tools (Messerli)
• Know the CAN
