In this versatile and exciting role, you support and relieve the operational units in the Healthcare section as a Property Manager.
Your main tasks:
- Management of the Cleaning/Room Service/Restaurant area, and personnel leadership as well as team promotion
- Conducting process and quality controls and ensuring high-quality service according to our specifications
- Ensuring compliance with the hygiene concept
- Coordination of ordering processes
- Maintaining contact and information exchange with internal and external partners and customers
- Organizing laundry processing, basic and special cleaning tasks
- Creating and monitoring the cost center budget
- Participation and collaboration in projects, meetings, and workshops
Your profile:
- Completed higher education in housekeeping or hospitality (e.g., Facility Management HF Operations Manager)
- Professional experience in a comparable position as well as leadership practice
- Solid knowledge in maintenance, intermediate, and basic cleaning as well as in the use of machines, cleaning agents, and hygiene standards
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Very good German and French skills in communication and correspondence
- Quick comprehension, high flexibility, negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented working style
