Property Accountant
Would you like to contribute your experience in property accounting with us? You can expect a varied role in a motivated team with responsibility for central accounting processes around the property portfolio of the Canton of Zurich. You can apply your expertise and actively help shape processes.
Your tasks
- Management of accounts payable and receivable including payment processing, dunning and collection processes
- Independent preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
- Reconciliation and data matching between Garaio REM and SAP as well as execution of intercompany reconciliations
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Active involvement in process optimisations and promotion of cross-team collaboration within accounting
Your profile
- Training in accounting (clerk or comparable further education) and at least two years of experience in property accounting
- Precise, reliable and responsible working style with a high standard of quality
- Motivated, service-oriented and positive personality who works independently and in a structured manner
- Enjoyment of teamwork as well as interest in professional development and active participation
- Confident IT user skills, especially MS Office; experience with Garaio REM, SAP knowledge is an advantage
