Who we are<p>At the Meiringen Private Clinic, people with all forms of mental illness find admission, treatment, and care. The third largest psychiatric clinic in the canton of Bern is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for inpatient psychiatric basic care in the eastern Bernese Oberland. Nursing and care are provided according to the current medical-psychiatric and nursing knowledge.</p><p>The Meiringen Private Clinic, as a member of the «Swiss Leading Hospitals», is one of the leading private clinics in Switzerland.</p>
<p>In the psychiatric-psychotherapeutic centre for young adults in Thun (PZJE), we treat young adults aged 16 to 25 with disorders from the entire spectrum of psychiatry with comprehensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment. The centre comprises 30 inpatient beds, has a 24-hour emergency admission obligation, and is primarily run as an open ward and, if necessary, on a protected ward. Treatment is based on the latest evidence-based medical, therapeutic, and nursing knowledge.</p>
Your tasks
<ul><li>Main responsibility for implementing patient-oriented professional nursing within the framework of the nursing process and key worker system</li><li>Commitment to high-quality nursing in the sense of best practice</li><li>Active participation in shaping the interprofessional treatment process</li><li>Participation in interdisciplinary treatment meetings</li><li>Contribution to improving quality and process workflows</li><li>Main responsibility for implementing patient-oriented, professional nursing within the nursing process and key worker system</li><li>Professional support and advice for nursing staff as well as conducting case discussions</li><li>Co-responsibility for the development and implementation of nursing concepts in collaboration with the specialist responsible of the nursing management</li><li>Active participation in the specialist responsibility committee of the Meiringen Private Clinic</li><li>Supervision and guidance of students/trainees in everyday nursing</li></ul>
