Support us with your know-how – Your area of responsibility:
- Support for the specialist trade in the area of wooden doors and frames
- Co-responsibility for the handling of day-to-day business
- Order processing from calculation to offer creation to invoicing
- Ensuring smooth handling of complaints
- Written, telephone, and personal support for our customers
- General correspondence with customers, suppliers, and plants
- Active collaboration/coordination with internal departments and our plants
- Ensuring the smooth processing of orders in collaboration with the logistics department and customer service
Contribute to our joint success – What you bring:
- Ideally, a technical or craft training in the construction industry (e.g., in timber construction, as a carpenter, or in locking technology) or a pronounced flair and understanding of technology and craftsmanship
- Experience in the commercial sector or the motivation to develop commercially
- Good spatial and technical imagination
- Basic knowledge in the area of tenders in the construction industry and in reading construction plans or the willingness to acquire this knowledge
- User knowledge in MS Office
