Your tasks
You

coordinate layout orders from various business areas and ensure efficient order processing with internal and external partners.
independently design and produce print and non-print products, specialist publications and standards products with a focus on layout, image editing as well as technical graphics and illustrations.
take on partial project management tasks in the print area, organise print orders and accompany publications from the idea to production.
manage the NIN online platform, maintain content, create user, support and onboarding documentation and write informational texts.
support our publishing systems as a power user and assist in the introduction and further development of tools and workflows.
structure content so that it can be used multiple times for print publications and digital offerings.
improve the presentation and user guidance of our digital knowledge products together with the specialists responsible.

Your profile
You

have completed training as a polygraphic technician EFZ, media technician EFZ, graphic designer EFZ or have a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have training or further education in the electrical engineering field.
bring experience in layout, media production and image editing and ideally work confidently with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
enjoy technical content and can visualise complex information clearly and attractively.
work independently, in a structured and precise manner and keep an overview even with several projects.
convince with organisational talent and teamwork skills and like to develop workflows together with others.
have experience with digital publication processes and structured content, for example with XML or content management systems.
have a good understanding of user-friendly design of digital content; knowledge in UX/UI and creating simple prototypes is an advantage.
