Project Manager Construction & Maintenance
Tasks
- You coordinate and implement maintenance work as well as smaller construction projects at our locations throughout Switzerland
- You realise approved investment projects
- You annually prepare budgets together with the site managers
- You independently manage projects and coordinate external teams
- You ensure that costs, deadlines and quality are met
- You drive the further development and use of new technologies
- You actively contribute to the implementation of our sustainability topics
Requirements
- You have a technical and/or craft training in the construction sector and bring experience in project management
- You are familiar with facility management as well as the retail business
- You have experience in the implementation of building services and construction projects
- You have sound PC skills, especially in MS Office
- Ideally, you already have professional experience
- You have knowledge of French
- You are a team player, open, flexible and loyal
