• You care for and support our residents in accordance with our mission statement and shape this within the framework of the primary nursing model.
• Ensuring a service- and resident-oriented, professional quality of care
• You ensure the flow of information to the residents, their relatives, and the nursing team
• Taking on tasks in project and working groups
• Coordination and organization of the nursing process design based on the nursing concept
• Responsibility for classification using RAI LTCF
• Implementation of the hygiene concept and conducting hygiene training

• Completed vocational training as a qualified nursing specialist
  (HF, DNI, DNII, AKP, Psych. KP, )
• Experience in the long-term care sector
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (level B2)
• Strong social skills
• High resilience and very good organizational skills
• Experience with the RAI assessment instrument is an advantage
