Assembly Employee with Leadership Responsibilities (m/f/d), 100%

• Assemble and pack surface cleaners according to assembly drawings
• Ensure order processing within the set deadlines
• Internal material orders
• All-round tasks within the entire assembly team
• Coordination and organisation of the assembly group
• Leadership and allocation of two team members

• Good German skills in spoken and written form (C1)
• Manual dexterity and several years of experience in assembly
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Physically fit (standing for long periods and heavy lifting)
• Independent, efficient and precise working style
• High quality awareness and diligence
• Social skills, patience and perseverance
• Team player and enjoyment of collaboration
