As a Clerk / IT Coordination at Ageing and Care, City of Winterthur, you are an important interface between specialist departments, users, and IT. From immediately or by arrangement, an exciting and varied range of tasks awaits you in a small team.Your Tasks
- Support of Mobile Device Management for Ageing and Care
- Order management for hardware/software as well as permissions with the external service provider
- Interface function between employees, management, and external IT service providers
- Administrative tasks, updating operating manuals, instructions, and checklists
Your Profile
- 3-4 year commercial basic education with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Experience in the ICT sector is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments
- Team-oriented and resilient personality with quick comprehension and a structured as well as precise way of working
- Confident German in spoken and written form, able to read and understand English
