To strengthen our team in Zurich, we are looking for a

PROJECT MANAGER REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT – 60%

Your Tasks

You are currently managing two construction projects in Lausanne and one in Zurich.

Project Management Architecture

• Development of architectural projects for renovations and conversions
• Personnel responsibility for one employee
• Obtaining building permits and construction approvals
• Supervision, leadership and coordination of construction projects
• Maintenance of existing plans, architectural plans and project data
• Budget responsibility and project financial controlling including responsibility for additional costs
• Regular reporting to the CEO/Chairperson and the project teams

Your Profile

Education

• Technical basic training in construction, industry, mechanics or a comparable field
• Business management degree at HF, FH, MBA or EMBA level or an engineering degree
• Certification in project management

Knowledge and Experience

• Project experience and sound theoretical and practical knowledge in construction and project management

• Practical experience with medium to large construction and real estate projects of CHF 10–15 million

Languages

• Negotiation-level required: German, French, English

Technical Knowledge/Software

• Knowledge of CAD software such as ArchiCAD and AutoCAD, BIM
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Knowledge of Business Central is an advantage
