We enchant the world with chocolate! Lindt & Sprüngli (Switzerland) Ltd is a subsidiary of the global Lindt & Sprüngli Group with headquarters and production site in Kilchberg on Lake Zurich. In Altendorf, we operate our own logistics centre, while the Lindt Cocoa Center in Olten produces cocoa mass for our own use as well as for other European production sites. Throughout Switzerland, we proudly run 15 Lindt Shops, including iconic locations such as Jungfraujoch and the Swiss Museum of Transport in Lucerne. What you will do with us:
- Starting up and changing over the production line
- Ensuring qualitative and timely goods provision
- Training and instructing new production staff including apprentices
- Adhering to safety, quality and hygiene regulations
- Resolving minor technical faults on the equipment
- Carrying out any auxiliary and cleaning tasks
- Participating in improvement teams
When you fit with us:
- Completed vocational training (ideally as a Plant Operator with Federal VET Diploma, Food Technologist with Federal VET Diploma or in a technical profession)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Plant Operator
- Good German skills (spoken and written), SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system including Saturday shifts
- Technical understanding and flair for process optimisation
- Clear awareness of high quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Resilient, independent and reliable personality
