With your technical know-how and the use of the latest technologies, you ensure that our vehicles are always ready for operation.
We are now looking for you to strengthen our team in the workshop of Berner Oberland-Bahn AG.
Diagnostic Technician
Your tasks- Independent execution of fault analyses as well as rectification of technical faults on rolling stock and technical equipment of all kinds
- Responsible execution of operational maintenance, revision, and conversion work on rolling stock, systems, devices, and machines
- Technical guidance and support of work groups as well as supervision of specific specialist areas
- Assumption of technical or organisational special tasks as instructed by the specialist or line supervisors
- Participation in training and instruction of employees as well as development of training and instructional materials in your own specialist area
- Responsibility for material and inventory management
- Provision of on-call service according to deployment planning
Your profile
- A completed vocational training as an automation technician EFZ
- A higher technical college (HF) qualification and/or additional specialist training is an advantage
- User knowledge in diagnostic software / tools is an advantage
- Expertise in rolling stock maintenance, measurement and control technology as well as manufacturing technology
- Good user knowledge of MS-365 applications
- A driving licence category B
