In the Memory Care Team, you support people with dementia and are an important part of their everyday life. In the Somatic Care Team, varied assignments and medical-technical tasks await you in a dynamic environment.

YOUR TASKS
- You care for and accompany our clients with heart and professional competence in their familiar home environment.
- You support and advise relatives and actively involve them in the care.
- You work closely with the case-leading nursing professional and contribute to holistic care.
- You maintain constructive collaboration with colleagues as well as with external specialist agencies and doctors to ensure the best possible care.
