We are opening a modern new building for assisted living and care in Lausen (Basel-Land) – a place where residents, guests, and employees should feel comfortable. With a total of 40 care rooms, 34 assisted living units, and a public restaurant. Certified Nurse Specialist in Night Shift 60% (m/f/d)

• You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
• Participation in reports, team meetings, and further training
• You recognize emergency situations and know how to proceed
• You carry out nursing documentation thoroughly and independently
• Active participation in the RAI-LTCF survey

• You have completed training as a certified nurse specialist HF or FH
• You are committed and motivated in the nursing profession and gladly share your knowledge with colleagues and trainees
• You are independent, competent, and proactive thinking is important to you
• Empathetic support of residents is as natural to you as effective work organization and appreciative teamwork
• Ideally, you already have knowledge of RAI-LTCF and CareCoach
• Good oral and written German skills
