Sales Representative
In this role, you actively shape the market success of GRITEC AG, drive innovations forward, and set new standards in sales. You take responsibility, exceed goals, and continuously develop yourself.
What to expect (Your areas of responsibility)
- Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities in special machinery construction, plant engineering, and service sector
- Building and maintaining long-term, trusting customer relationships
- Presentation and active sale of our solutions and services
- Conducting market analyses, identifying trends and customer needs
- Close collaboration with internal teams to develop customer-specific solutions
- Representation of GRITEC AG at trade fairs and industry events
- Independent preparation, negotiation, and conclusion of contracts with customers
- Responsible support of industry associations
What you bring:
Professional
- Completed studies (Mechanical Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Industrial Engineering FH/ETH or comparable)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in technical sales
- Further training in sales is an advantage
- Strong ability to understand complex technology and communicate convincingly
- Proven success in acquiring new customers and building sustainable customer relationships
- Strong professional network is an advantage
