For our client in the Zurich area, we are looking for a committed and knowledgeable person as deputy workshop manager.

Tasks

• Support the workshop manager in the operational management of the workshop team
• Assist in planning and coordinating daily workshop tasks
• Independently carry out service, maintenance and repair work
• Perform fault diagnosis on mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle systems
• Ensure high work quality and compliance with manufacturer specifications
• Support employees with technical questions
• Deputise for the workshop manager during their absence

Profile

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Professional experience in a car workshop
• Further training as an automotive diagnostician is an advantage
• Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
• Good knowledge of modern vehicle technology and diagnostics
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Teamwork skills, organisational talent and sense of responsibility
• Driving licence category B
