For our second, expanded location in Solothurn, we are looking for a reliable and committed individual who is not just seeking a new job but a long-term role.

You will strengthen our workshop from the start, bring in your experience and technical skills, and actively help build an efficient workshop operation and a well-coordinated team.

The Moto Center Solothurn is part of Moto Center Winterthur AG and offers you the opportunity to directly shape the development of our new location.

Your tasks

• Carrying out service, maintenance, and repair work on motorcycles
• Diagnosing and resolving technical and electrical faults
• Preparing and technically inspecting new and used motorcycles
• Ensuring high work quality and timely execution
• Independently organising the workshop tasks that arise
• Actively contributing to the development of efficient workflows and workshop processes
• Supporting the gradual build-up of our workshop team
• Professional exchange and collaboration with your future team colleagues

What you bring

• Completed training as a motorcycle mechanic, motorcycle mechatronics technician, car mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification
• Practical experience in motorcycle technology is an advantage
• Enjoy working independently and solution-oriented
• High quality awareness and a careful, structured way of working
• Reliability, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
• Team spirit and interest in building something new together
• Desire for a long-term position with development prospects
• Driving licence categories A and B
