Independent setup and operation of highly precise CNC turning centres
Machining complex small and medium series on multi-axis machines
Working with various controls such as Fanuc, Okuma or Mazatrol
Continuous quality checks directly at the machine – you guarantee dimensional accuracy
Contributing to efficient manufacturing processes in a sensitive, highly regulated environment
Qualifications:
Technical basic training (polymechanic or production mechanic with federal certificate of competence)
Several years of experience in CNC machining, especially turning
Confident handling of CAM systems (e.g. Mastercam) is an advantage
Flexibility for shift work (early/late shifts)
Precise working, responsibility and a sense of quality – essential especially for MedTech components
