Your new job

You ensure that our raw materials, goods, and finished products are in the right place at the right time. With your organisational talent, sense of responsibility, and confident handling of industrial trucks, you are an important part of our supply chain and the smooth cooperation between production, warehouse, and shipping.

• Independent organisation and ensuring the timely emptying of the roller conveyor
• Transport, provision, labelling, and quality control of products intended for shipping
• Timely and error-free loading and unloading of lorries
• Preparation of freight and shuttle documents for external warehouses
• Operation of the weighbridge
• Sampling and storage of raw materials according to the storage concept
• Management and optimisation of storage locations, especially in the pharmaceutical warehouse
• Responsibility for emptying and disposal of waste containers
• SAP entry of delivered raw materials from internal and external warehouses
• Carrying out general logistics activities in daily business
• Safe handling of hazardous goods in compliance with all regulations
• Conducting inventories in internal and external warehouses
• Ensuring and coordinating maintenance of industrial trucks
• Support in the timely provision of empty containers & raw materials

Your knowledge, skills & experience

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ or EBA
• Several years of professional experience in logistics
• Confident handling of various types of forklifts and industrial trucks
• Valid SUVA-recognised forklift licence
• Driving licence category F or higher
• Knowledge in hazardous goods; experience in the pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good physical condition and enjoyment of active work
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style
• Ability to prioritise correctly and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
