In this versatile role, you actively shape the further development of our department:

• You work closely with the department management and prepare their meetings and workshops both content-wise and organizationally
• You coordinate and consolidate key topics and staff tasks at the department level
• You ensure clear, efficient interfaces within the department as well as with internal and external partners
• You conceptually further develop processes and structures
• You take on the strategic and operational responsibility for the International Affairs area and actively shape its further development
• You lead and develop the department support unit with five employees

You are a networked thinker who enjoys complex issues and actively shapes change. In doing so, you combine strategic thinking with implementation strength.

• University degree (Master's or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in the higher education environment, ideally in a staff or coordination function
• Experience in building international networks as well as in developing strategic partnerships in the higher education or health context
• Ability to manage and advance complex topics across organizational units
• Strong conceptual and organizational skills
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing employees
• High communication and networking competence
• Very good English skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to take on operational tasks alongside conceptual work and to prepare documents in a structured and reliable manner
