Project Manager Facility Management 100% (all genders) | Bossard AGActively shape the future of our site: You will lead demanding facility projects, work closely with internal and external partners, and gradually take on more responsibility with the prospect of taking over the management of facility management at the Zug site within 2 to 3 years.
Your tasks
- Management and implementation of infrastructure, conversion, renovation and optimisation projects
- Planning, control and monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders, service providers and craftsmen
- Participation in investment and maintenance planning as well as budget processes
- Implementation of projects to optimise and digitalise facility management processes
- Environmental responsibility at the Zug site
- Further development of our sustainability and energy strategy
- Support and deputise for the Head of Facility Management
Your profile
- Technical or craft-based basic training with further education in facility and project management (e.g. specialist in operational maintenance or building technician EFZ, maintenance specialist with a federal certificate and further training in facility management or similar)
- Several years of experience in managing and implementing facility management, conversion or infrastructure projects as well as in technical building management
- Interest and know-how in the areas of sustainability, energy efficiency and ESG management
- Entrepreneurial mindset as well as negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Communicative personality with a strong service orientation
