For our team at the Oftringen site in the Swiss Midlands, we are looking to fill the following position immediately or by arrangement:

Your tasks:
- Ensuring reliable and demand-oriented material supply for production as well as smooth material flow
- Responsibility for optimal inventory management, warehouse organisation, and high inventory accuracy
- Systematic establishment, supervision, and further development of Kanban control loops and other demand-driven supply concepts
- Active analysis and continuous optimisation of internal logistical processes, storage locations, and material flows
- Efficient organisation and execution of goods receipt, goods issue, loading and unloading, as well as internal transports between warehouse, production, and our plants
- Picking and professional packaging of our products as well as demand-based adjustment and creation of transport packaging
- Ensuring correct goods movements and bookings in the ERP system as well as participation in inventories and stock checks
- Active involvement in the further development of efficient, safe, and transparent production logistics
Your profile:
- Completed training in logistics, for example as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ); alternatively, corresponding practical professional experience
- Several years of experience in logistics within a production company, preferably in intralogistics and production supply
- Good understanding of material flows, warehouse organisation, and inventory management as well as interest in actively developing existing processes
- Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Kanban or comparable supply systems is an advantage
- Forklift licence and practical experience with industrial trucks; driving licence category B, ideally category BE for trailer transports
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
- Proactive personality with a solution-oriented working approach and enjoyment in independently initiating and implementing improvements
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
