For our headquarters in Zurich, we are looking for you as an
ICT System Engineer (a) 80-100%
You bring enthusiasm for this role The tasks of our internal IT are diverse, ranging from complex network and security setups, setting up new cloud services, or server operations in the data center, to first-, second-, or third-level support and onboarding of new employees. We are looking for a motivated person as an ICT System Engineer who contributes to the further development of our diverse IT landscape. In a growing SME, you play a key role in expanding, optimizing, and ensuring the availability of our systems.
These main activities await you:
- Management of a virtualized server infrastructure (Hyper-V) in the data center
- Implementation and support of complex cross-country network and security setups
- Ensuring high availability of the core infrastructure through redundancy, backups (Veeam, Backup Exec), and DR planning in a hybrid data center/cloud setup
- Continuous migration of services to the Azure Cloud and their further development
- Management of network and IT equipment (Windows and Mac) distributed across our locations for over 200 employees
- Continuous improvement of IT security, protection, and availability of systems
- Participation in the implementation of internal IT projects in the technical area
- Collaboration with outsourcing partners
- Professional experience in a comparable role
- Solid knowledge in enterprise networking, VMM, Hyper-V, PowerShell, endpoint management, M365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.), Azure AD, cloud security
- Experience with cloud and Windows server environments/services, Configuration Manager, and Intune
- Certifications in MS Azure
- Good German and English skills
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of teamwork
