We are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for a:
Care Assistant or Health and Social Care Assistant EBA 60-100% in House E
In House E, we provide empathetic and individual care for 48 residents, who are primarily affected by mental illnesses and need support in their daily lives. Our residents have limited mobility, and it is particularly important to us to create a respectful and supportive environment for them. We place great value on needs-oriented daily structuring, a structured daily plan, respectful conversations, empathetic support, and the professional execution of nursing activities. We are looking for a dedicated person who wants to contribute with heart and commitment to positively shaping the lives of our residents.
Your tasks
- With heart and commitment, you care for and support our residents.
- You assist us with household tasks, contributing to a smooth operation.
- You carefully document the care processes.
- You ensure care quality and maintain hygiene standards.
You bring
- You have completed training as a Care Assistant SRK or Health and Social Care Assistant EBA.
- You bring empathy and team spirit to provide friendly and competent care and support together with us.
- Good German language skills for communication within the team and with the residents.
