For our corporate client teams in the construction/real estate segment at the locations in Horgen and Wiedikon, we are looking for a committed and highly motivated personality who advises and supports our clients in all financial matters. Your tasks

Managing an attractive and demanding portfolio of companies in our economic area
Focus on financing business in the construction/real estate sector
Identifying potential in financing, investments, cash management, and other banking services
Competent advice and support of existing customers, as well as active networking and expansion of the existing portfolio
Cross-departmental work to ensure holistic customer development and implement cross-selling opportunities
Reviewing, applying for, and approving financing requests with a focus on real estate financing as well as monitoring customer/credit commitments from earnings and risk perspectives

Your profile

Completed commercial basic training, preferably in the banking sector
Advanced training (professional certificate, HF, Bachelor or equivalent degree)
Experience in managing a demanding customer portfolio (preferably corporate clients)
Several years of experience and competence in financing business (customer front, support and/or credit analysis)
Good knowledge of all other banking businesses (investments, pension, cash management, etc.)
Passion and flair for targeted acquisition of new customers
Enjoyment of constant exchange with customers and internal partners
Dynamic and engaging personality with a high sense of responsibility
