Customer Service & Volunteer Coordination Red Cross Emergency Call (100%)
The Swiss Red Cross (SRC) Canton Zurich is committed throughout the canton to health, social integration, as well as migration & asylum. With the "Red Cross Emergency Call" service, we enable elderly people to live independently at home for longer.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality for the area of Customer Service & Volunteer Coordination Red Cross Emergency Call (100%) starting January 1, 2026 or by arrangement
In this role, you are a central link between customers, volunteers, and our team. You contribute to ensuring that elderly people can experience safety and quality of life in everyday life. At the same time, you strengthen volunteer work in the Red Cross Emergency Call and Red Cross Grüezi.
Your tasks
- Advising our customers on products & services
- Support with all concerns related to the Red Cross Emergency Call
- Recording, managing, and maintaining customer and master data
- Organizing installation appointments as well as accompanying the entire process from order to billing
- Further development and coordination of volunteer programs
- Recruitment, onboarding, and support of volunteers
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training EFZ or comparable qualification
- Confident handling of digital tools and willingness to learn new things
- Enjoy working independently – combined with team spirit, organizational strength, and structured working methods in a lively environment
- High technical affinity
- Openness to change and composure in dynamic situations
- Fluent German (additional languages welcome)
- Enjoy contact with elderly people, combined with service and customer orientation
- First experience in recruiting or leading volunteers as well as in projects is an advantage
