Your Tasks

Comprehensive assessment of residents and support in coping with their current life situation
Promoting dialogue with relatives and close cooperation with other professionals as well as ensuring the flow of information between involved professionals
Planning and coordinating activation and daily activities in collaboration with other departments
Reflecting on your own activities and cooperation with other areas of the operation
Organizing events in interdisciplinary collaboration
Responsibility for your own professional development and updating knowledge in relevant specialist areas

What You Bring

Further training as an activation and daily activity specialist
Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment of working with elderly people
Very good oral and written German skills, MS Office knowledge is an advantage
A positive view of people, orientation towards others, and a confident personality
Creativity, organizational skills, and team spirit
Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination tasks
Action competence and taking responsibility in challenging and complex situations
Contributing to staying up to date and developing innovative offers based on current findings
