Landscape Gardener 80-100% as a Customer Gardener
The Nature Garden and Landscape Construction department consists of the team management, four specialists, as well as several employees in a professional measure (apprentices and clients). We carry out maintenance work as well as conversions and new designs. Our work is carried out according to ecological principles. The department is Bioterra-certified. As a customer gardener, you will lead various projects and carry them out together with employees in a professional measure.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the implementation of internal and external customer orders
- Ensuring a labour market-oriented working environment, tailored to the individual capabilities of employees in a professional measure
- Training apprentices within the framework of customer orders at the levels PrA INSOS, EBA and EFZ, guiding further employees in a professional measure
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external bodies with the aim of integrating apprentices and clients into the primary labour market
Your profile
- You have completed basic training as a landscape gardener EFZ, as well as a category BE driving licence and several years of professional experience in the industry.
- You have completed the basic course for vocational trainers and already have experience in training apprentices.
- You present yourself competently and have experience in order processing and customer service.
- You have good administrative skills and PC user knowledge (Office).
- You like to take responsibility and are looking for a position where you can combine your practical skills with your trainer and role model qualities. You greatly enjoy working with young people. You have strong social skills and are a friendly and humorous personality.
