Your Tasks
- Strategy & Transformation: You develop strategies together with the team that enable financial service providers to face current challenges and remain competitive in the long term.
- Customer-specific Solutions: Based on a thorough analysis of the customer situation, you develop strategic and operational solution proposals and accompany their implementation.
- Market Development & Sales: You design market development, sales, and support models through which financial service providers increase their sales success while creating high customer value.
- Organisation, Processes & Implementation: You analyse processes and structures in all areas of a bank, derive concrete optimisation approaches, and develop implementation concepts that you coordinate closely with stakeholders and accompany through to implementation.
- Project Responsibility & Leadership: With increasing experience, you manage (sub)projects, lead colleagues professionally, and act as a contact person at the management level of our clients.
- Acquisition & Further Development: You actively contribute to acquisition and proposal processes, monitor market and technology trends, and help shape the further development of our topics, studies, and solutions with your own ideas.
Your Skills
- You have successfully completed your university studies, e.g. in Business Administration, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable field.
- You bring several years of professional experience from the financial sector or management consulting and are well acquainted with the market conditions in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
- You enjoy working on new issues, approach topics proactively, and convince with a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working.
- You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly and appreciatively, and take responsibility. At the same time, you have the ambition to actively contribute to shared success with your own ideas and commitment.
- You speak German and English fluently, understand Swiss German. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.#LI-EK1 #LI-Hybrid
